From our first Zoom interview with Gabe to the time he finally delivered our fur baby to our destination, we were completely impressed with Cabin Companions. Most importantly, Gabe was able to deal effectively with adversity: First of all, he was able to get our very highly sensitive cat through TSA with no problems. Secondly, when the original flight to our destination was delayed for several hours, Gabe was able to think quickly, and find an alternative flight that got our cat back to us only 45 minutes late. Gabe was wonderful from start to finish in the process of taking care of getting my cat, Millie, to France. This was a very stressful time in general and having him handle the ins and outs of how to get her safely to France with the least amount of stress to me was totally worth it. I met with him personally and could tell he was an animal lover and would care for her like I would, but he was able to do it completely focused on her. The peace of mind knowing she was in the cabin with Gabe as opposed to cargo was priceless. Millie is my baby and I would not hesitate to use Cabin Companions if you are looking for quality service. Cabin Companion was incredible from start to finish. They had every step of the process worked out that was easy to understand. They were there for any questions or concerns with knowledgeable experienced answers. My cat "Tiger" gets anxious for a 10min car ride so I needed someone experienced and caring. Gabe and Monica kept us updated throughout the fur babies journey with photos. It is obvious they care about your pet's comfort, safety and emotional well being.
