Along the way, she has helped shape best practices that continue to influence animal welfare organizations nationwide.

Having personally traveled more than 200,000 miles alongside pets, Gabe has escorted cats and dogs throughout the United States and around the world. Known for clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm presence on travel day, he focuses on making every journey feel personal, supported, and stress-free for both pets and their people.

Natascha is an Elite Fear Free Certified Veterinary Technician with extensive experience in both clinical medicine and animal welfare. Her background gives her a unique understanding of the medical, behavioral, and emotional needs pets can experience during travel.
Having worked alongside Monica for more than a decade, Natascha specializes in supporting anxious, senior, medically sensitive, and special-needs pets. Her calm, patient approach helps ensure animals feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout every stage of their journey.
