Absolutely fantastic! They made it easy. We were definitely not the easiest clients but they were always calm and reassuring. Our dogs were very well cared for and we were kept informed the entire time. Many years ago we flew with one of our dogs and getting the right kennel with all the right attachments and all the correct documents was horrible, not to mention pushing dogs around the airport with your luggage. It’s a lot. With cabin companions we just handed our dogs over and received them on the other end and it was simple and stress free.
