More than answers to a few questions

A researched journey built around your pet, route and dates.

Online information is often incomplete, outdated or disconnected from the rest of the trip. We turn the moving parts into one practical plan you can understand and execute.

Route clarity

Know which itinerary is actually workable

We evaluate airline rules, aircraft limitations, connection risks and destination requirements together.

A usable timeline

Know what must happen and when

We organize veterinary visits, certificates, endorsements, bookings and preparation into the correct sequence.

Professional judgment

Know where the real risks are

We identify weak points, explain tradeoffs and help you build backup options before travel day.

Who this service is for

For families ready to travel independently with a better plan.

Planning is ideal when you can carry out the journey but do not want to research every policy, deadline and practical detail alone.

International relocation

When entry rules and documents must align

We map the airline, veterinary and government requirements into one route-specific timeline.

First-time pet travel

When the airport experience is unfamiliar

We explain check-in, security, carriers, connections, arrival and how to prepare your pet.

A complicated itinerary

When airlines and policies conflict

We research feasible routes, identify hidden limitations and recommend practical alternatives.

Medication and comfort

When your pet needs an individualized plan

We help you prepare questions for your veterinarian and translate the care plan into travel-day routines.

Planning provides expert guidance, research and a written plan. It does not include booking on your behalf or a Cabin Companion traveling with you unless separately proposed.

Built from real experience

Advice shaped by journeys we have personally handled.

Our recommendations are grounded in actual airport, airline, border and animal-care experience. We know the difference between what a rule says, what an airline can accommodate and what is realistically manageable for a pet and family.

You leave with decisions made, next steps organized and a clearer understanding of what could still change.

Common questions

What families ask before booking Pet Travel Planning.

Clear answers about scope, deliverables, follow-up and the difference between planning and transportation.

What exactly do I receive?

You receive route-specific research, a private consultation and a personalized written plan covering the recommended itinerary, airline and destination requirements, document timing, carrier preparation and the practical next steps relevant to your journey.

Do you book the flights for me?

Pet Travel Planning is an advisory service. We research and recommend workable options, but you make the reservations and carry out the plan. If you need hands-on booking coordination and travel-day support, we can discuss an accompanied service.

Can you help with international travel paperwork?

Yes. We identify the airline, veterinary and destination requirements relevant to your route and organize them into a timeline. Government and veterinary documents must still be issued by the appropriate professionals and agencies.

Will you complete or submit government forms?

We guide you through what is required, review the process and help you avoid timing mistakes. We do not act as your veterinarian or government agency, and we cannot issue or endorse official health documents.

Can you advise on carriers and medication?

Yes. We provide carrier and preparation guidance for the airline and pet. For medication, we help you prepare for a veterinary conversation and translate the veterinarian’s instructions into a practical travel plan. We do not prescribe medication.

Is follow-up included after the consultation?

Defined follow-up for clarification of the written plan is included. The scope and timeframe are explained when you book. Major itinerary changes or an entirely new route may require additional work.

Can you guarantee the airline will accept my pet?

No consultant can guarantee an airline or border official’s final decision. Policies, aircraft and operational conditions can change. We reduce avoidable risk through current research, careful documentation planning and realistic backup options.

How is this different from We Fly With You?

Pet Travel Planning gives you expert research and a written plan to execute independently. We Fly With You includes a Cabin Companions professional who travels alongside your family and manages the journey in person.

What if planning shows that I should not do the trip alone?

We will tell you candidly. If the route, number of pets, documentation or personal circumstances make independent travel impractical, we can explain personally accompanied or fully escorted options without pressuring you to upgrade.
