Dash’s mom was traveling from Boston to Los Angeles for a month with three dogs: Dash, a beautiful brown puppy full of energy; a support animal; and another pet. She had booked two airline seats and wanted experienced help managing the entire group through both airports.
Our assignment was to accompany Dash and help all four travelers make the trip safely and smoothly—then return a month later to do it all again.
Westbound to Los Angeles
We met the family at Boston Logan, helped check in all three dogs, and stayed alongside them through the airport and onto the airplane. After landing in Los Angeles, we helped coordinate the dogs and luggage and made sure everyone reached their waiting transportation.
A Familiar Face for the Return
One month later, we flew back to Los Angeles to accompany the family home. Dash clearly remembered us, greeting us with an enthusiastic collection of licks and investigative sniffs.
Before departure, we used the outdoor pet-relief areas at LAX and then worked our way back through the airport as a group. All three dogs did beautifully on the return flight. In Boston, we remained with the family until the dogs were safely in the car and on their way home.
